Category Placement:
If placement in two areas is not enough, you may add additional categories for $100 per category. These additions will also be listed for 1 year.
Blogging:
You have access to a blogging area where you can list unlimited articles, links and information about your company. We encourage everyone to update this at least once a month and to use 300-600 words w/links.
User Reviews:
Members can rate your company (5 stars best) and leave a descriptive paragraph about the service they received. Category Listings are presented in order of rating and number of reviews, so don't forget to ask your customer to rate/review you. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the "Asking your customers to review you." link. This will allow you to email your customer base all at once saving you time
Weekly Traffic Report:
Each week you will receive an email with your traffic report. The report contains the amount of visitors you have for the week, month, previous month, and all time visitors. It also includes how many potential customers have printed your coupon for the week, month, previous month, and all time coupon prints.
Email Leads:
Users can also submit an email to everyone in a category, or whomever they would like to receive a quote from. You will receive email leads in your inbox, as well as direct phone calls from potential customers. You can see these leads above your traffic report when you sign into your account. Advertisers also receive a phone call within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving an email lead to ensure they contact the potential customer. If an email lead comes in over the weekend we will contact you Monday by 12:00.
Photo Gallery:
A great way to increase your results is to add pictures to your photo gallery. Let your work speak for itself and make sure to put a title with each image. We have found that Before and After titles on pictures are most effective for repair services. Also, write a description with your pictures to explain job details, customer requests, and other important info. The longer a potential customer stays at your listing, the better chance they will call. Coupon:

Is your service list only for Houston, TX Companies?
Mostly yes, however some advertisers do business in surrounding areas.

Our goal is provide value to our service company members. If our advertisers receive HUGE return on investments, we did our job and everyone is happy.

How does the rating system work?
You can have your current customers leave a rating of your services or receive reviews from new customers from repairfinders.com. The rating system works in two parts. The first part is a 5 star rating system. 5 stars being the best rating and 1 the worst. Your stars will show up above your information box and to the left of your map. You're ranking within a category goes up when you receive reviews. The more reviews you receive, the higher up the ladder you will climb. This is not true if someone is searching by zip code. The second part is a descriptive paragraph about a customer's experience. They can write about the service received in detail, giving potential customers a good idea of which companies to use and which to avoid at all costs. So if Bob was rude, and unhelpful, everyone might know it. It is your responsibility to provide customer satisfaction so your reviews are positive and will generate more sales.

How do I know how many potential customers have seen my listing?
Every week you will receive an email alert with a traffic report. Your report will include how many “impressions” (people who opened your listing) you received, as well as how many people printed your coupon if you included one in your listing. You can also see your viewership traffic by logging into your account. At the bottom of the page you will your weekly and monthly log results.
How can I blog to make it easier for customers to find my business?
By adding blogs to your listing you are doing your business a huge favor. We encourage you to update your blogs with new content filled with keywords, articles, and web links. When potential customers are searching in Google, MSN, Yahoo! or other major search engines, this will increase your organic listing placement within the search results. This is essentially free advertising and in order to rank as high as possible we encourage advertisers to update blogs as often as possible. ADVERTISING POLICY
Please take a few moments to review our policy
Paid advertisements will be added immediately upon payment approval. All edits to your listing can be made manually by logging in through the member’s link. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to monitor their listing for additions or changes. It is important that your Company information be updated on your site when changes occur to insure your listing is current and correct. If 3 members post negative feedback about a service company, the advertiser will be removed with no refund. A warning will be issued after the first complaint. If a second and then 3rd complaint is received the advertiser will be removed immediately, and will not be able to advertise again. LA Repair Finder will contact the customer who filed the complaint and will have sole discretion to decide if the complaint was valid. If 3 complaints are deemed valid, the advertiser will be removed as stated above.
-IMPORTANT-
Prices include Web Site exposure for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. If approved, you may renew your position at the end of the term. Under Federal Law, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
